My friend Dale Prost sent me this little insightful piece of info about leveraging yourself which I have found to be so true throughout my life.

Sharing your goals and dreams with the right people can mean the difference between achieving 90% of your goals, and excelling to 100%. There is huge potential for the people you surround yourself with to either STOKE your dreams, or SOAK your dreams. That's why it is so important to identify the RIGHT people to share your personal and professional goals with. This is critical in the Law of Leveraging. Who you surround yourself with can directly affect the level of success in your goals.

I feel so fortunate to be surrounded by so many "dream-stokers" in my life these days. There's been times in my life when I haven't been able to say that. It can really stunt your personal and professional growth.
